If you’ve already added your number to the National Do Not Call Registry and want to check or manage it, you can log in anytime through DoNotCall.gov, the official FTC website that regulates telemarketing activity in the U.S.
1. How to Log In to DoNotCall.gov

Click “Verify Your Registration” or “File a Complaint”

Enter the email address you used when registering your phone number

Check your inbox for a verification link
