Here’s how to track iPhone battery health using Apple’s native tools — no third-party apps required. 1. Open Battery Health in Settings Start with Apple’s own diagnostics. Go to Settings → Battery → Battery Health & Charging . Review the Maximum Capacity percentage — this shows how much charge your battery can hold compared to when it was new.
