National Do Not Call list phone number

The National Do Not Call Registry helps block unwanted telemarketing calls for both cell phones and landlines in the U.S. It’s managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and is completely free to use.

1. Official Phone Number to Register

To add your number to the registry, simply call:

πŸ“ž 1-888-382-1222

Make sure you call from the phone number you want to register. The system will automatically verify and add it to the Do Not Call list.

2. Online Registration Option

You can also register online at:

Enter your phone number and email address, then confirm through the verification email you’ll receive.

3. After Registration

  • Telemarketers have 31 days to stop calling you.

  • Your registration never expires.

  • You can register multiple numbers (mobile or landline).

4. Reporting Unwanted Calls

If you still receive spam calls after 31 days:

  • Visit donotcall.gov → File a Complaint, or

  • Call 1-888-382-1222 again to report violations.

OnePlus Tip: Combine the Do Not Call list with your carrier’s spam blocking tools (like Verizon’s 662 or iPhone’s Silence Unknown Callers) for maximum protection.
